​Volunteer of the Month:

Ogle Elementary is fortunate to have a very active and involved community. Many of our volunteers silently raise their hands to support the school in many ways - from the classroom to our special community events. 

​Each month, the PTA would like to acknowledge the efforts and impact our volunteers make by presenting one of them with the Volunteer of the Month Award. If you know someone who has made a significant contribution to our school and has had a positive impact through his/her volunteer efforts this month, please email [email protected] to submit a chance to recognize their efforts.

Volunteering Opportunities:
  • Library - Assisting Ms. Keil by checking books, labeling, organizing, and restocking shelves
  • Work Room - Supporting our teachers by helping with lamination, cutting, sorting, stapling, etc. *All materials provided and younger siblings are welcome to join*
  • Watch D.O.G.S. (any male figure (or female!)) - Spend the day on campus volunteering with your student & helping in your child's classroom
  • Mystery Reader - Calling all Kinder parents! Sign up to be a mystery reader for your kiddo's classroom!

Frisco ISD Board Policy requires that each volunteer and/or mentor undergo a background check before working with students. You will be prompted to complete the background check during your Voly account creation. Keep an eye on your inbox for your background check approval (the process can take up to 3-5 business days.) Once approved, you will be able to volunteer on the campus, attend your scholars' field trips, be a mystery reader, and more. Don't wait!
